I am Eli Mick, a social worker with extensive experience in providing therapeutic services to both adolescents and adults. My specialization revolves around assisting individuals dealing with challenges related to anxiety, depression, and addiction. In my approach when working with clients, I prioritize a client-centered methodology. This means I focus on building a strong rapport with each individual, aiming to create an environment that empowers them to initiate personal change and growth.

I earned my Master of Social Work degree, with a concentration in mental health, from the University of Denver. Over the course of my career, I have worked in various psychoeducational and therapeutic settings, gaining valuable experience working with diverse demographics, including both teenagers and adults.

Currently, I am a Supervisee in Social Work at RVA Counseling, where I am actively working towards state licensure under the supervision of Michelle Buhrandt, LCSW.
