What to Expect in a Session With Me
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person I work with. I draw from humanistic and psychodynamic principles, integrating tools from CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-Based practice, and writing therapy to help you gain clarity and move forward in ways that feel authentic and sustainable. I earned my Master’s in Social Work, with a concentration in mental health, from the University of Denver. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse clients across a variety of settings. I greatly value these experiences that continually shape how I show up as both a therapist and person. If you’re ready to take the next step or simply curious about what therapy might look like for you, I’d be honored to connect.

Hi, I’m Eli Mick. Some of my greatest passions in life are learning about others and connecting with people to help support them navigate life’s challenges and find meaningful change. I have worked with people from all walks of life who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or substance use. But beyond these, I am a firm believer that we all deserve to have someone we can work alongside in order to enact the change in our lives we want to see. In therapy, I focus on building genuine, trusting relationships. My goal is to create a comfortable genuine space where you feel understood and supported as we work together toward growth. I believe real change happens when you feel seen and safe enough to explore your experiences, patterns, and strengths. Outside of my professional life I love to cook, take care of my plants, watch soccer, and spend quality time with friends and family.
