Are you a compassionate, skilled Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or a Pre-Licensed Supervisee of Social Work or Resident in Counseling who speaks Spanish?

RVA Counseling, a vibrant private practice in Richmond, is looking for a bilingual clinician to join our dynamic team!

What We’re Looking For:

• A licensed clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or pre-licensed Supervisee of Social Work or Resident in Counseling with fluent Spanish language skills.

• Experience with clinical documentation (SOAP notes). 

• A professional, warm demeanor.

Work Schedule

Full-Time: 26 completed sessions per week

Part-Time: 15 completed sessions per week

Scheduling must include availability for 4 Prime shifts per month

Ability to Relocate: Richmond, VA 23229: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person & Remote
