RVA Counseling, a vibrant private practice in Richmond, is looking for a bilingual clinician to join our dynamic team!

What We’re Looking For:
- 
A licensed clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or pre-licensed Supervisee of Social Work or Resident in Counseling with fluent Spanish language skills.

Experience with clinical documentation (SOAP notes).
 -

At RVA Counseling, we offer one of the highest revenue-based splits in the area and still offer benefits. Pre-licensed clinicians are offered a generous hourly rate for completed sessions.

Work Schedule
Full-Time: 26 completed sessions per week
Part-Time: 15 completed sessions per week
Scheduling must include availability for 4 Prime shifts per month
