What to Expect in a Session With Me
I tailor my approach to fit each individual's needs. Early sessions explore where you are now: your history, goals, pain, and areas where you feel stuck or indecisive. We may use tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Schema Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), or take a somatic focus. I draw from my background working in mental hospitals, transitional homes, and outpatient therapy clinics to support, guide, and hold space to help figure things out. Together, we will figure out the best way forward for you.
A Little Bit About Me
I bring warmth, perspective, and practical tools to those navigating life’s challenges. With a background in psychology, international relations, and years of real-world experience in diverse settings, I understand how complex and unpredictable the human journey can be. My approach is collaborative, rooted in empathy and respect, while also grounded in strategies that help you move forward with clarity and confidence. Whether you’re working through patterns that no longer serve you or building new skills for growth, I offer a space where you can reflect, recalibrate, and rediscover your strengths. A supportive advocate can sometimes make a critical difference as you begin living by your own design. How can I help get you where you want to be?
