What to Expect in a Session With Me

When meeting with me, you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where your experiences and emotions are valued. As a clinician in training, I strive to create a safe, collaborative, and trauma-informed space where individuals feel comfortable exploring their emotions and experiences at their own pace. I understand that therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when emotions are overwhelming or difficult to identify, and I aim to provide guidance and support in helping clients better understand themselves and what they may be experiencing.

I also bring a background in crisis stabilization, which has strengthened my ability to remain calm, grounded, and supportive during moments of distress or emotional overwhelm. I am passionate about helping individuals connect emotions with what they may be feeling in their bodies, recognizing how stress, anxiety, trauma, and other emotions can physically show up in everyday life. My goal is to help clients build self-awareness, emotional understanding, and coping skills while fostering a therapeutic relationship centered on safety, trust, and personal growth.

A Little Bit About Me

I am currently completing my Master of Social Work degree and am passionate about continuing to grow both personally and professionally as I support individuals in their healing journeys. Outside of my work and studies, I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family and value meaningful connection in my personal life as well as in the therapeutic space. I am also an animal lover and proud dog owner who enjoys being outdoors, especially running and spending time in nature. In my free time, I love reading, exploring new creative hobbies, and learning new skills through activities such as art and other hands-on creative outlets. I value curiosity, growth, and creativity, and I enjoy finding new ways to challenge myself and continue learning
