Kaelan Lohr
My Story
Kaelan is pursing her clinical license in social work. She aims to be self-motivated and determined to serve each individual genuinely, with equality and respect. She believes in meeting people where they are, and finding ways to help them achieve their goals together. Using cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, Kaelan helps teach grounding techniques and coping skills in a safe space.

Kaelan earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University. She seeks to support individuals working through a diverse range of diagnoses and life challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, relationship conflict, and substance use issues. In addition, she has experience working with individuals involved in the criminal justice system.
